			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a title="Click Forensics" href="http://www.clickforensics.com" target="_self">Click Forensics</a> announces that national click-fraud rates are down to 16%, slightly down from 16.2%. The most interesting part of this article is that nearly 27.2% of these fraudulent clicks are from bot nets going through paid search ads. Google claims that the estimates are much lower than this since these totals do not account for the credits they issue advertisers, and that many times the numbers are not counted correctly.</p>
